    1. Although the photos are always wonderful, I had bought this thinking I'd get a copy of most of the articles which are priceless. Unfortunately this is not the case. As for the photos, I would have preferred the original layout and if possible closer to the original color (argent gray).

    2. Superbe livre, à mettre entre les mains de tous les amoureux de la photographie ancienne ou contemporaine. Très belle initiative de Tashen

    3. For anybody interested in Photography or the history of Photography, they should have this book. It is well printed and good value for money.

    4. Interesting book, but I definitely wish there was a coffee table sized rendition of this. The photo print quality is nothing to write home about. It's more about the content and seeing all the different photographs that makes having this book worth it.On a side note, I thought it looked terrible how the margins were massive at the beginning of each paragraph. I don't know why they made them so huge!

    5. A very thick book!!! About as thick as a Holy Bible!!! Some images are rather small, though. But nonetheless, the book is worth getting for its sheer collection of photos and information.

    6. If you enjoy photo history and learning from master photographers this is a book you want to have in your collection.

    7. I bought a paperback copy of this a while back and later discovered this very reasonably priced hardback version. It is pretty much highly indicated for any photographer or photo book aficionado.

    8. Great collection of imagery in one of the most important photography publications ever created. The reproductions are very good.
