E' più che altro una lista con le caratteristiche tecniche di ogni tipo di U-Boot costruito dalla marina tedesca. Alle volte dati non corrispondono. Lo consiglio solo agli appassionati di modellismo o per colore che sono amanti dei numeri e prestazioni tecniche. Per ogni tipo di U-boot, fann la cronostoria dalla data del suo varo, il luoghi in cui ha operato, le missioni e il comandante che lo aveva in comando con una piccola biografia. Non spiega nulla della vita che i marinai facevano a bord [...]
Libro sicuramente diverso da quanto si trova sull'argomento. Aiuta a capire le dinamiche e i tanti tipi di u-boot, certo non è un romanzo o un saggio ma più un "manuale" che dà informazioni , vicende e storia su questi battelli come, per esempio, quello in copertina. Poca la spesa per un manuale che si legge facile.
Libro interessante per chi è amante all'argomento.Mi è piaciuta la descrizione della vita e carriera dei comandanti -Boot. Interessanti le descrizioni tecniche anche se ripetitive per le varie serie prodotte.Lo consiglio esclusivamente a coloro che interessa l'argomento sommergibili e/o sottomarini.
